I work at the intersection of adventure, education and human connection — creating journeys and programmes that help people explore the world, grow within it, and come home different.

Not a tour operator. Not a travel agency.

Over the past five years I've led and designed experiences across three continents — from small-group adventures in Morocco and Costa Rica to large-scale student programmes across Europe. I work with universities, deliver talks on travel and personal development, and facilitate workshops that help young people build resilience, confidence and self-awareness.

Everything I do sits at the same intersection: international travel, experiential learning, and genuine human connection. The itinerary is just the beginning.

Meet Alfie

I design experiences that bring together travel, education, and personal growth — shaped by years of living abroad and working across cultures.

Over the past five years, I've led journeys of all shapes and sizes — from small-group adventures in Morocco to large student programmes across Paris and Spain — creating experiences that challenge, connect, and inspire. Alongside this, I've worked closely with universities, delivering talks and supporting students as they navigate travel, study abroad, and life beyond the classroom.

More recently, my work has expanded into youth development and facilitation. Through workshops with organisations like Avanti Schools Trust and my training with M-Path, I support young people in building resilience, self-awareness, and confidence as they step into new chapters of their lives.

Today, my work brings all of this together — designing and leading programmes that combine travel, cultural immersion, and personal development, helping people grow through the experiences they have and the choices they make.
